I wasn't a scrabble type of person but now I took onto the Facebook's version of Scrabble (Scrabulous!) like duck to water. In the actual world, there are a lot of rules governing Scrabble. Words can be challenged and players penalised accordingly. I can't for the life of me remember these rules. Or which coloured tiles will give me more points for the whole word or letter.
But with Scrabulous, all these itsy bitsy minute details are taken care of. If the word is not a valid word in the dictionary, it's not accepted into the game at all. Hence, there is no need to challenge each other - although there is a Challenge button made available there. There's even a dictionary to test out your words to see if they are valid. Not sure if it's not considered cheating though

Still, we do what we can to ensure that we WIN!
Hehehehe. Spoken like the true board game kiasu player that I am.
Another reason why I love Scrabulous is the fact that with each game I learn new words. Words that I will have practically no use of in real life. The pic above is a current game I'm playing with Emmy. Go figure what the numbered words mean. Because for the life of us, we don't know what they mean either!
