W.E.I.R.D (Whimsical, Emotionally-charged, Ironic Real-life Drama)

I walked out
You walked across
Unexpectedly
Our eyes met
And held

The sparks flew by
It tingles
The heart
Flutters
Pounds

Transfixed by the moment
Painfully aware of
You
Me
Us

How long has it been?
One
Two
Three months

Without a word
A glimpse
Or a shadow
I couldn't remember
But I care

I turned to my way
You strode to yours
Nothing, yet
Everything
Changed

Dedicated to my first Valentine, Bob D. Happy Valentine's day.

About Me

Ariel is surrounded by amazing, loving folks. So what if there's a fly outside the window with an irritating buzz? Pfffftt :P
