My, oh, my. All I did all weekend was stuff my face silly with food. Had a Christmas party and also a scrumptious hi-tea at Legends Hotel. Here are some tips on how to survive a weekend of food bingeing. Proper preparation is vital towards an enjoyable time at gluttony. Enjoy.
- Wear Loose Fitting Clothes - Put on the baggiest pair of pants and the loosest top that you have. The looser the clothes, the more food you can tuck into your tum tums.
- Skip the Carbos and Soup - Steer clear of such tummy fillers i.e. pancakes, porridge, bread and fizzy drinks. Load up on meat, meat and more meat. Veges are ok, too as it doesn't bulk up the tummy unnecessarily.
Of course, once you are done with the main course, you can then indulge on some sweeties
- Bring a Fellow
Glutton Food Lover Along - With someone to share the fats, you won't feel as guilty as you should. Plus if you halve everything you take and share it with your friend, you get to sample a wider variety of food. Good company also increases the appetite which leads to more value for money.
- Tapau - When you chance upon a tasty morsel that you absolutely must bring back to the office to sample, what do you do? This is where bringing a bezzie along is handy. She does the dirty work for you and you get to sample the spoils in your office guilt-free.
Hope that you guys are a little more enlightened now with what to do the next time you venture into an eating spree. Bon appetit!
