Angels in the Night

I was deeply troubled by an annoying problem one night. Called my hotline number and shared about it with her, then it was her airtime and she shared her stuff. Felt a bit better, and since it was getting late, we hung up.

Another annoying problem soon appeared like a sore thumb. This time, I was royally pissed by it. So pissed that I couldn't sleep. Lo and behold, two angels appeared - one offering a female perspective and another a male one. Listened thoughtfully, non-judgementally. Gave me insights and solutions that I couldn't have thought about in my angered state. Teared a little when one of them told me how he saw the situation and read my heart accurately. Slept like a baby that night.

Good thing this (annoying probs) didn't happen in threes.

There is one lesson that I learned from it all, as shared by my friend. It was his personal parody of a saying of Jesus:
Don't look at the litter in my mind, when you are aware of the garbage heap in yours.

Thanks for staying up late with me, guys. Really appreciate it.
