A Verse From Some Time Ago

Was trawling through my personal archives when I found this verse that I wrote quite some time ago. The thing that inspired me to pen this down is the exact same thing that is happening now. When you can't find the right words, you go through your old jottings. And you'll be surprised how timeless those things can be. And be amazed of how wise you can sound back then. It's like having a teacher telling you what should be done. And you just happen to be that teacher.

How strange is that?

It's not in the extraordinary...
It's not in the moon and the stars...
It's in the normal everyday things
Consistently done
That will touch my heart
Yes, it's the little things that mean a lot.
