Memory Triggers

Managed to talk to dear Uncle Peter yesterday, thanks to Paul:

Uncle Peter (UP): And how are my two patients doing? I've been thinking of you and Mei.
Me: We're doing just fine, Uncle Peter. Oh, I had diarrhea (I can still spell the word, hurrah!) the other day.
UP: Oh, you poor thing! Why didn't you call me? I would have rushed down all the way from up north to medicate you.
Me: You would? Awwww... that's so sweet. But yeah, I did think of you then. And also everytime I constipate. Which means, I think of you a LOT.
UP: Oh dear, oh dear. I am flattered to hear that. But are you sure that's healthy, my dear girl?
Me: Just kidding, Uncle Peter. Just kidding!

This whole conversation sounded bad. But Uncle Peter did say he was flattered. And sometimes I do wonder what triggers people to think of me. It's all a matter of what they associate me with, I guess. With my buddy Rina, she probably thinks of me everytime she opens the Bible, since we first met in a church. With my bro, it's probably everytime he sees a cat.

And with Uncle Peter, well, he probably thinks of me every time he handles laxatives.

*Huh?? No-lah...you where got so holy-wan...hehehe...you wanna know what reminds me of you? ....dating... surprise! surprise! Yup, whenever I went out 'casual' dating, you're in the back of my mind. Don't get me wrong folks, we are not 'lesbo' or whatever..is just that I can't wait to share the whole 'casual' dating incident with her.....ya, this is what you call it 'Girly Talk' :p

G : Are you sure? It doesn't seem like you're thinking about puppies.. you got that silly grin.
R : REAAALLY!! Puppies!! uh huh uh huh.. gulp
G : Okie... shrugs and accepts it because the guy so blur..and gullible to believe RinaChu's statements..and because he's so mesmerized by her cute dimples

(so, no silly grin like you, Paul)..I just smiled (yes, firstly mesmerized them with my cute dimple...not dimples)..and sweetly and gently reply..."what do you think I have in mind?"....hahahehehe....veli naughty-leh...

And aiyaiyai...food again-ah...'cham liau'. What type of food? Bak Kut Teh???? Please-lah...no-lah....something slimer-lah....I got a friend who thinks of me whenever she drinks coffee..still not bad :-)

Wei, it's a nice kinda thought wan. Everytime I eat something nice, I will think to myself, "Must bring Rina here. I'm sure she'll enjoy it!" Remember how pleased I was when you loved the Caesar's Salad at Strudles?

Nice mah.

As for BKT, hmmm, I think of something else :-P
