Secret Seven

My colleagues use Skype to communicate with each other internally. Anything that we want to discuss in private amongst ourselves, we will use skype. It's easy, fast and very convenient. Which is all good and fine, until today when Bryan brought his laptop into the bosses' room for a discussion.

Harjit and I were discussing celebrating someone's farewell with relish. And Bryan was in that skype conference, too. Imagine his shock when cheeky messages pop up in front of the bosses' eyes while they were discussing very serious matters. Aiyoyo.

So the three of us decided on a secret passcode, to ensure that the coast is clear before yakking on sensitive issues. Only when the answers from all parties are affirmative will we proceed to yak with caution.

Man, it feels like being back in school, devicing secret codes and stuff with pals to avoid detection from snoopy teachers. Kinda like Secret Seven :-P

*Whoa!...
Your boss still ok with it? wow..
once that happened to me and my boss blocked out Yahoo! forever in the office.. but thank God for http://e-messenger.net

ha ha ha..

what kind of passcode?

in counter strike we use..
"Fire in the hole" - Hand grenade has been launched
"Enemy Sighted" - obvious
"You take the point" - you jaga the place while i go scout the other areas...

My ex and I used to use some of these codes to warn each other if her mom's prying eyes were scanning our online conversations.. *grin*.. such fun days
