It also means parking illegally (though not recommended). I have been parking at the housing area oppossite my office for the past two months to save on parking which costs me about RM 5 per day!...but i finally 'kena' saman RM 50 yday for parking illegally. Or, limiting myself to only maybe one (or two) =p, good expensive restaurant meals per month. Stingy...means when you go out with your friends, you have never offered to pick up the tab for anything even once or you have not bought your colleagues even a packet of nasi lemak (and not ask them to pay you back) even after 5 yrs there. Conclusion: Thrifty = careful with how you spend Stingy = willing to spend on self but not others.. Hope this helps and not make more confused! =P stingy = the unwillingness to spend. yay, my first comment! (i think. can't remember whether i've ever commented here. heh) Add Comment
