Laksa Shack

image

While pseudo-shopping, we had our fill at Laksa Shack. I haven't been there in yonks and decided to try something new other than my usual order of Assam Laksa (ok lar), Roti Jala (yummy!) and Teh Tarik (one of the best in town).

Pebbles had Curry Laksa which tasted like noodles soaked in curry chicken. A little too thick and rich for her tastes.

I had Singapore Laksa for the first time. Didn't know that Singapore have their own type of laksa also :-P It's basically meehoon in yummy fish paste soup and adorned with fresh prawns. It was good to the last drop.

There was this drink that Pebbles and the waitress encouraged me to try since I'm a fan of White Coffee and all - the Iced Ipoh White Coffee with Cincau. It sounded weird but it's one of the most amazing drinks I've ever tasted. The coffee tasted great and somehow the cincau just blended nicely with the whole thing.

What a treat! My tummy is one happy camper :-D
